Dr Melvin D’Lima is a dentist with advanced training in public health and a certified NLP Life Coach, mentor and trainer specializing in the business side of dental practice. He supports dentists—and other independent health professionals like pharmacists and doctors—in building sustainable, profitable clinics. His services include practice feasibility studies, exit strategies, clinic valuation, and tailored solutions on personal finance, family wealth, and career development.
Melvin also chairs the Advisory Board at Polycare Wellness Centre in Nairobi and serves on the Faculty of the Dental Aptitude College, Nairobi.
